  Dear Bro Kenny & Sis Deborah, on behalf of Mrs Chia Choo Meng (my mother), Jessie & myself, I would like to thank the both of you from the bottom of our hearts. This is for all that you & Passion Team Members have done for the family.
We may have started off as strangers, perhaps even a business transaction. However, throughout the few days of grief and mourning that the family went through, we felt the love of our Lord Jesus through the both of you.
From the moment we made first contact with Sis Deborah & Bro Kenny, they were always compassionate, transparent and respectful to the needs of the family and they led by example. Passion Bereavement Care staff were always professional throughout the whole process from the mortuary, embalming, returning my father's body, the tentage setup, the wake itself, the memorial service, the funeral service etc. Time moved so fast during the 3 days of the wake, I can't recall many of the small happenings. But Bro Kenny was patiently there to explain the sequence, guiding us through the things to do and ensuring that everything went smoothly. A special shout out to Sis Deborah who designed the theme of the funeral and all its decor and who came to give comfort and closure for the family.
I am very pleased to say that many who came to pay their last respects to my late father, were very impressed by what Passion Bereavement Care did. Despite my family's limited resources, we were able to give my dad an honorable and dignified send off. Truly this is the grace of our Lord and the dedication of Sis Deborah and Bro Kenny.
Last but not least, we also want to thank a precious friend, Sis Rebecca for making the introduction to Deborah & Kenny and we sincerely recommend Passion Bereavement Care to anyone who needs assistance in their time of grief.

首先，要非常感谢上帝的安排，通过一位教会姐妹的介绍，我们认识了Sis Deborah & Bro Kenny的丧礼策划公司。真的由衷地感谢他们俩尽心尽力的协助，一步一步指导我们该怎么做，让我们有个明确的方向。真的，对于第一次举办丧礼彷徨失措，毫无头绪的我们来说，这仿佛像是打了一支安心镇定剂一样，心中充满平安和无限的感激。你们将所有的大小事务和一切微小的细节都安排得妥妥当当，让我们不必去忧心烦恼很多事情，完全做到体贴哀悼者的心情，这些点点滴滴的细心我们都铭记在心。

  I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to PBC team for their utmost professionalism, promptness, compassion provided from the moment we got into contact. The whole process was made fuss free. We truly appreciate the intimate and dignified sending off during this difficult time especially the little gestures of attentiveness and empathy (e.g. always equipped with tissue and bottled of water), as well as attitude right down to the tone of speech and speaks volume.   I am delighted to share my 5-stars review for Passion Bereavement Care. We truly thank God for Kenny Ng and Deborah Kang. They rendered such an excellent service during this difficult time when our dad was called home to the Lord. From the hospital mortuary, the setting up of wake / funeral to the collection of his remains,  Passion Bereavement Care flawlessly co-ordinated and took care of everything. They were so helpful, respectful and professional in every way. They see to every detail no matter how small and Bro Kenny patiently briefed us with clarity so that we know what to expect. Their attention to details and their willingness to go more than the second mile far exceeded our expectations. A big shoutout to our dear sis Deborah who prayed and exhorted all of us during the collection of dad’s remains brought such relief and great encouragement.
Thank you Kenny & Deborah. Kudos to you and team. You deserved more than a 5-stars rating. Thanks so much for your help, support and co-ordination. We are so blessed to have you - Kenny & Deborah journeying with us, blessing us throughout the entire process. You are God-send!

  The team at Passion Bereavement Care were great, and went many extra miles. They were incredibly thoughtful and empathetic, guiding us along and arrangement everything to its finest details, so that we didn't need to worry about anything.

Through the process, they felt like close friends and family and we can't be more thankful to them all for the comfort they brought to our family.

  My beloved mum has been called back to Heaven on 19 Jan 2024. God blessed us with Deborah and her team from Passion Bereavement Care.

We are all from Hong Kong and did not know much about what to do for the funeral.  Thanks God for arranging Deborah, a dedicated Sister in Christ who was recommended by my church friend to explain to me and plan everything for me.  She was so caring, patient and always went for extra miles to share more information to me.  Her. Teams  were all professional and helpful. It made us so peaceful. The most comfort for me was seeing my father who was so peaceful and grateful during the funeral.  All the arrangement were so good and made us feel so released and peaceful.

  Thank you Deborah, Kenny and the Passion team for helping us say farewell to our beloved grandfather this week. We were blessed by your compassionate service and attention to detail, such as providing us umbrellas to shield us from the rain for the final procession. We were also satisfied with the beautiful setting for the wake.   Deborah and her team were excellent in helping me plan my father's funeral. They were transparent in their pricing, letting me know what was included, what was not and they guided us every step of the way through the process very patiently. Deborah was kind enough to talk to me and ensure that I really wanted an add-on service.   Deborah n Kenny are really an efficient pair organising my mum funeral from start to finish with no hiccups .  Two waiters are provided to serve drinks to guests . And the final send off is very dignified . The car provided for final send off is a Mercedes n look very grand. It is smooth sailing from day one to end . Really appreciate the video montage Deborah took the trouble to make . It was really professional n touching . I would highly recommend Passion service if you ever need to find a bereavement company . You can trust them .

  Dear Sister Deborah and Brother Kenny, thank u for making our father’s funeral so beautiful and memorable.

I have been to many funerals but I have never seen such a beautiful wake. Even most of my friends and relatives say so. We feel so honoured to be able to have you and Kenny to journey us throughout the entire process.

The kindness and compassion of you and Kenny has extended not only to our family but also to our friends and guests, creating an atmosphere of comfort and peace. Your staff is so helpful and genuine and made us feel at ease and relax.

It’s the first wake in the family and as I was overwhelmed with grief, I am at a loss not knowing what to do. All thanks to Deborah, she was there to minister and pray for me, to guide and accompany me to the police station, and also giving me the professional advice I need to give my late husband a respectable send off. The entire funeral process was seamless, and perfectly done. I am very satisfied with their service.
